ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 24 -- United States Patent no. 12,559,515, issued on Feb. 24, was assigned to Helix Nanotechnologies Inc (Boston).
"Cap compounds and RNAS comprising the same" was invented by Nikhil Dhar (Boston) and Nikolai Eroshenko (Boston).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Disclosed herein are 5' cap structures comprising a 2'-O-acetyl ribose. Also provided herein are polyribonucleotides comprising a 5' cap structure disclosed herein and compositions comprising the same as well as methods of making and using the same."
