ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,603,920, issued on April 14, was assigned to Headwater Research LLC (Tyler, Texas).
"Network service plan design" was invented by Gregory G Raleigh (Incline Village, Nev.), Jeffrey Green (Sunnyvale, Calif.), James Lavine (Denver, N.C.) and Justin James (Poway, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A technique involves modular storage of network service plan components and provisioning of same. A subset of the capabilities of a service design system can be granted to a sandbox system to enable customization of service plan offerings or other controls."
The patent was filed on Oct. 1, 2024, under Application No. 18/903,993.
