ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 24 -- United States Patent no. 12,584,327, issued on March 24, was assigned to Hayward Industries Inc. (Charlotte, N.C.).

"Modulating pool or spa heater systems and associated methods" was invented by William Julian Roy (Thompson's Station, Tenn.), Benjamin Isaac Corn (Columbia, Tenn.) and Troy Renken (Hendersonville, Tenn.).
