According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An electrical contact element is provided which particularly has a lead content of less than or equal to 0.1% by weight. The contact element has at least one first region and at least one contiguous second region, and an at least partly peripheral groove is provided between the first region and the second region. The contact element can thus be produced without burrs."
