ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,625,509, issued on May 12, was assigned to HAGEPE INTERNATIONAL B.V. (Huizen, Netherlands) and CENERGIST Ltd. (Washington, Great Britain).
