ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,625,509, issued on May 12, was assigned to HAGEPE INTERNATIONAL B.V. (Huizen, Netherlands) and CENERGIST Ltd. (Washington, Great Britain).

"Fluid flow regulator" was invented by Stijn Van Der Upwich (Enkjuizen, Netherlands).
