ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,565,686, issued on March 3, was assigned to Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. (Edison, N.J.).

"CDI enhanced COVID-19 test" was invented by Yanan Zhao (Livingston, N.J.), David S. Perlin (New York) and Steven Park (Flushing, N.Y.).
