ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,670,563, issued on June 30, was assigned to GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, AS REPRESENTED BY THE SECRETARY OF COMMERCE (Gaithersburg, Md.).
