US Patent Issued to GlobalFoundries Singapore on Sept. 22 for "Neuron circuits for a spiking neural network based on magnetic-tunnel-junction layer stacks connected in series" (Singaporean Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 24 -- United States Patent no. 12,743,608, issued on Sept. 22, was assigned to GlobalFoundries Singapore Pte. Ltd. (Singapore).

"Neuron circuits for a spiking neural network based on magnetic-tunnel-junction layer stacks connected in series" was invented by Joel Tan (Singapore), Vinayak Bharat Naik (Singapore) and Jia Hao Lim (Singapore).
