US Patent Issued to Glider AI on Nov. 3 for "Multi-device proctoring" (American, Indian Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,784,002, issued on Nov. 3, was assigned to Glider AI Inc. (Fremont, Calif.).

"Multi-device proctoring" was invented by Satish Kumar (Union City, Calif.) and Nupin R. Pillai (Bengaluru, India).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Some embodiments of the invention are directed to an improved approach to implement online assessment mechanisms which would preclude or minimize unauthorized activities during an assessment. The user of an assessment session is blocked from accessing unauthorized mobile applications or mobile activities."
