ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,550,922, issued on Feb. 17, was assigned to GHL Specialty Flours LLC (Cedarburg, Wis.).

"Extruded gelling food products, extruded gelling food product ingredients, and methods for making extruded gelling food products and extruded food product ingredients" was invented by John M. Lipscomb (Cedarburg, Wis.) and Omar I. Rodriguez (Cedarburg, Wis.).
