ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,685,721, issued on July 21, was assigned to GH Research Ireland Ltd. (Dublin).
"Aerosol comprising 5-methoxy-N,N-dimethyltryptamine" was invented by Theis Terwey (Berlin).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Aerosols of 5-methoxy-N,N-dimethyltryptamine (5-MeO-DMT) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof are provided which are useful for administration to a patient through an inhalation route. The aerosols have aerosol particle mass densities in the range of about 0.5 mg/I to about 12.5 mg/I."
The patent was filed on Feb. 24, 2021, under Application No. 17/801,389.
