ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 7 -- United States Patent no. 12,595,264, issued on April 7, was assigned to Gasherbrum Bio Inc. (South San Francisco, Calif.).
"Heterocyclic GLP-1 agonists" was invented by Qinghua Meng (Shanghai), Weiqiang Xing (Shanghai), Haizhen Zhang (Shanghai), Xichen Lin (Shanghai), Hui Lei (Shanghai) and Andrew Jennings (San Francisco).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "This disclosure relates to GLP-1 agonists of Formula (I), including pharmaceutically acceptable salts and solvates thereof, and pharmaceutical compositions including the same."
