US Patent Issued to Four Growers on Oct. 27 for "Produce packing cart" (Pennsylvania Inventor)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 27 -- United States Patent no. 12,774,022, issued on Oct. 27, was assigned to Four Growers Inc. (Turtle Creek, Pa.).

"Produce packing cart" was invented by Justin Marcus Ketterer (Pittsburgh).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Embodiments related to a produce harvesting system including a robotic limb, a vacuum source, an end effector for picking produce are disclosed. Additionally, embodiments related to methods and systems for planning movement paths for the end effector and controlling operation of a produce packing cart are disclosed."
