ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,691,095, issued on July 28, was assigned to FORWARD THERAPEUTICS INC. (Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.).
"Modulators of TNF-alpha activity" was invented by Toufike Kanouni (Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.) and Yoshiyuki Fukase (San Diego).
