US Patent Issued to Ford Global Technologies on March 17 for "Cable deployable across vehicle door opening" (Michigan Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,576,699, issued on March 17, was assigned to Ford Global Technologies LLC (Dearborn, Mich.).

"Cable deployable across vehicle door opening" was invented by S.M. Iskander Farooq (Novi, Mich.), Mohammad Omar Faruque (Ann Arbor, Mich.), Dean D. Jaradi (Macomb, Mich.) and Saeed D. Barbat (Novi, Mich.).
