ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,601,465, issued on April 14, was assigned to Ford Global Technologies LLC (Dearborn, Mich.).

"Circuit board having ribbon bonds with guard structure" was invented by Michael Robertson (West Bloomfield, Mich.), Segundo Baldovino (Novi, Mich.), Ketan K. Desai (Farmington Hills, Mich.) and Aaron Bradley Johnson (Allen Park, Mich.).
