ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 15 -- United States Patent no. D1,122,033, issued on April 14, was assigned to f'Real! Foods LLC (Emeryville, Calif.).
"Compostable cup" was invented by Steven Thomas Connell (Oakland, Calif.), Andy Tim Mah (Oakland, Calif.), Timothy Eugene Ault (Mesa, Ariz.) and William Thomas Greer (Sebastopol, Calif.).
The patent was filed on Sept. 2, 2025, under Application No. D/021,050.
