ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,654,188, issued on June 16, was assigned to EXPONENT BEAUTY INC. (San Francisco).
"Dispensing device" was invented by Elizabeth Robinson Whitman (San Francisco), Ralph James DeVito (Oxford, Conn.) and Pepin Sebastian Gelardi (Brooklyn, N.Y.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A dispensing device and method for operation are provided to dispense a predetermined quantity of a powder from a bottle onto a surface."
