ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,624,211, issued on May 12, was assigned to Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions Inc. (Jackson, Miss.).
"Biobased asphalt rejuvenating emulsion" was invented by Gaylon L. Baumgardner (Jackson, Miss.), Paul A. Morris (St. Augustine, Fla.), Joel B. Shealey (Chandler, Ark.) and William E. Grubba (Terre Haute, Ind.).
