ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 7 -- United States Patent no. 12,594,552, issued on April 7, was assigned to Enplas Corp. (Saitama, Japan).
"Container and liquid handling device" was invented by Shigeru Uemura (Saitama, Japan), Koji Noguchi (Saitama, Japan) and Daiki Kurihara (Saitama, Japan).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A container of the present invention includes a tube part and a spiral plate disposed inside the tube part. The spiral plate includes a spiral groove for converting a flow of a liquid moving inside the tube part into a vortex flow."
The patent was filed on Dec. 21, 2022, under Application No. 18/069,352.
