ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,627,257, issued on May 12, was assigned to ENERGY FACADE SYSTEMS LLC (Chicago).

"Thermal management for building-integrated photovoltaics" was invented by Ed Coosaia Jr. (Livermore, Calif.), Akram Maradni (Chicago) and Jean-Christophe Giron (Edina, Minn.).
