ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 7 -- United States Patent no. 12,673,924, issued on July 7, was assigned to EMERGENT PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT GAITHERSBURG INC. (Gaithersburg, Md.).

"Valiolamine derivatives as glucosidase inhibitors" was invented by Anthony M. Treston (Gaithersburg, Md.) and Kelly Lyn Warfield (Gaithersburg, Md.).
