ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,685,379, issued on July 21, was assigned to ELC MANAGEMENT LLC (Melville, N.Y.).

"Refillable cosmetic product" was invented by Tobias Paul Pasciolla (Cliffside Park, N.J.).
