ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,606,153, issued on April 21, was assigned to DR. NAKAMATS INNOVATION INSTITUTE (Tokyo).
"Intermittent energy/inertia mobile unit and movement method" was invented by Yoshiro NakaMats (Tokyo).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "[Solution]A vehicle, ship, construction machinery, robot, etc., can conserve fuel and extend its travel distance by repeatedly cutting off energy (gasoline, batteries, etc.) to generate "inertia force," running by this "inertia force," adding energy again before the running speed reaches zero, and then cutting off energy again."
The patent was filed on Jan. 20, 2020, under Application No. 17/794,017.
