ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,697,294, issued on Aug. 4, was assigned to DOW GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES LLC (Midland, Mich.) and ROHM AND HAAS COMPANY (Collegeville, Pa.).
