ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,651,303, issued on June 9, was assigned to Digimarc Corp. (Beaverton, Ore.).

"Determining detectability measures for images with encoded signals" was invented by Vojtech Holub (Portland, Ore.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Advanced image signal processing is used to generate detectability measures. Such detectability measures can predict robustness of embedded printed objects prior to printing. Other technology is described and claimed as well."

The patent was filed on Feb. 11, 2022, under Application No. 17/670,305.
