ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,637,597, issued on May 26, was assigned to DDP SPECIALTY ELECTRONIC MATERIALS US LLC (Wilmington, Del.).
"Advanced bonding agent" was invented by Stefan Dehnicke (Frankfurt, Germany), Kai Ziegler (Frankfurt, Germany), Philipp Zutavern (Frankfurt, Germany), Anna Osichow (Eppstein, Germany) and Gerd Becker (Schwalbach, Germany).
