ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,737,877, issued on Sept. 15, was assigned to CORNELL UNIVERSITY (Ithaca, N.Y.).
"RNA molecules, methods of producing circular RNA, and treatment methods" was invented by Samie R. Jaffrey (New York) and Jacob L. Litke (New York).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention relates to a RNA molecule comprising a first ribozyme, a first ligation sequence, an effector molecule, a second ligation sequence, and a second ribozyme.
