US Patent Issued to CONOPCO on July 28 for "Unit dose tablet composition" (Indian Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,692,460, issued on July 28, was assigned to CONOPCO INC. (Englewood Cliffs, N.J.).

"Unit dose tablet composition" was invented by Girish Muralidharan (Banashankari, India) and Rajeesh Kumar Ramachandran (Hosur, India).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A unit-dose tablet composition comprising a surfactant, a builder, a filler and an effervescent agent selected from organic acids wherein at least 90% wt. of the effervescent agent is coated with triglyceride oil."

The patent was filed on June 10, 2022, under Application No. 18/561,567.
