ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,660,868, issued on June 23, was assigned to Coats Trading (UK) Ltd. (London).

"Combined phosphorescent, retroreflective and fluorescent article" was invented by Nicholas James Rowbottom (Crewe, Great Britain).
