US Patent Issued to CNH Industrial America on July 14 for "Cab system for a vehicle" (Pennsylvania Inventor)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 14 -- United States Patent no. 12,679,473, issued on July 14, was assigned to CNH Industrial America LLC (New Holland, Pa.).

"Cab system for a vehicle" was invented by James Lee (New Holland, Pa.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Systems and apparatuses include a cab floor defining a center plane, a seat slide actuator coupled to the cab floor and selectively moveable in a direction transverse to the center plane relative to the cab floor, and a seat supported by the seat slide actuator and moveable therewith."

The patent was filed on Dec. 14, 2022, under Application No. 18/081,564.
