ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,564,993, issued on March 3, was assigned to CLEXTRAL (Firminy, France).

"Nozzle for extruding a material rich in protein and water, as well as an extrusion machine comprising such a nozzle" was invented by Michael Beyrer (Sierre/Siders, Switzerland), Christian Cachelin (Saviese, Switzerland) and Laurent Rapillard (Conthey, Switzerland).
