ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,669,723, issued on June 30, was assigned to CISCO TECHNOLOGY INC. (San Jose, Calif.).
"Embedded radio frequency shield between integrated optical modulator and silicon substrate" was invented by Long Chen (Marlboro, N.J.), Qianfan Xu (San Jose, Calif.), Li Chen (Marlboro, N.J.) and Mark A. Webster (Bethlehem, Pa.).
