ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,670,082, issued on June 30, was assigned to Cisco Technology Inc. (San Jose, Calif.).

"Computing performance analysis for spans in a microservices-based architecture" was invented by Mayank Agarwal (Mountain View, Calif.), Steven Flanders (Nashua, N.H.), Steven Karis (Redwood City, Calif.), Justin Smith (San Francisco) and Chengyu Yang (San Francisco).
