"Liquid-cooled small form factor pluggable optical module" was invented by Behzad Mohajer (Vancouver, Canada), Marko Nicolici (Ottawa), Peter Ajersch (Ottawa), Simon J. Shearman (Carleton Place, Canada) and Michael Bishop (Ottawa).
