ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,552,676, issued on Feb. 17, was assigned to Chevron U.S.A. Inc. (San Ramon, Calif.).
"Molecular sieve SSZ-124, its synthesis and use" was invented by Stacey Ian Zones (San Francisco), Joel Edward Schmidt (Oakland, Calif.) and Cong-Yan Chen (Kensington, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "This disclosure relates to an aluminogermanosilicate molecular sieve, designated as SSZ-124, methods for making the same, and uses thereof."
The patent was filed on Oct. 26, 2023, under Application No. 18/495,261.
