ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,663,413, issued on June 23, was assigned to CENTRE NATIONAL DE LA RECHERCHE SCIENTIFIQUE (Paris), INSTITUT POLYTECHNIQUE DE GRENOBLE (Grenoble, France), INSTITUT DE RECHERCHE POUR LE DEVELOPPEMENT (Marseilles, France) and UNIVERSITE GRENOBLE ALPES (Saint Martin D'Heres, France).
