US Patent Issued to Central Glass on April 14 for "Sublimable film formation composition and method for producing substrate" (Japanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,600,829, issued on April 14, was assigned to Central Glass Co. Ltd. (Ube, Japan).
