ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,600,829, issued on April 14, was assigned to Central Glass Co. Ltd. (Ube, Japan).
"Sublimable film formation composition and method for producing substrate" was invented by Yoshiharu Terui (Ube, Japan), Soichi Kumon (Ube, Japan) and Yuki Fukui (Ube, Japan).
