ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 7 -- United States Patent no. 12,597,785, issued on April 7, was assigned to Brunswick Corp. (Mettawa, Ill.).
"Waterproof marine power supply system with integrated convection passage" was invented by Gerald J. Demirjian (Auburn, N.H.), Benjamin C. Shaffer (Bedford, N.H.), Ximing He (Auburn, N.H.), Brandon J. Stafford (Manchester, N.H.) and Brian R. D'Amelio (Auburn, N.H.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A waterproof marine power supply system is provided. The system includes an enclosure defining an interior region and including an upper wall and a lower wall, a first peripheral wall and a second peripheral wall, and a convection passage wall extending within the interio...
