"No spill straw" was invented by Dylan M. Jacob (Denver).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A beverage system includes a lid structure and a straw mechanism removably secured to the lid structure. The straw mechanism is rotatable between open and closed positions to selectively permit or prevent dispensing of a beverage from the system."
The patent was filed on Aug. 14, 2025, under Application No. 19/299,675.
