US Patent Issued to Blue Origin Manufacturing on April 14 for "Gallium nitride-based active current flowback prevention" (Louisiana, Washington Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,603,491, issued on April 14, was assigned to Blue Origin Manufacturing LLC (Huntsville, Ala.).

"Gallium nitride-based active current flowback prevention" was invented by Arash Nejadpak (Everett, Wash.) and Jeffery Paul Mendow (Abita Springs, La.).
