Nobis (Waxhaw, N.C.), Shailesh P. Waikar (Perry Hall, Md.), David M. Kelly (Olmsted Township, Ohio), Nathaniel K. Byrne (Columbia Station, Ohio) and Timothy A. Clapp (Queen Creek, Ariz.).
