ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 7 -- United States Patent no. 12,595,343, issued on April 7, was assigned to BASF SE (Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Germany).

"Additive mixtures for rheology modification of polymers" was invented by Sebastien Villeneuve (Kaisten, Switzerland), Peter Nesvadba (Schweizerhalle, Switzerland), Daniel Mueller (Kaisten, Switzerland) and Raphael Dabbous (Kaisten, Switzerland).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A mixture can be used for modifying the rheology of polymeric substrates. The mixture contains a hydroxylamine ester and an isocyanate functionalized with a thio compound."
