ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 7 -- United States Patent no. 12,674,649, issued on July 7, was assigned to AVIENT PROTECTIVE MATERIALS B.V. (Geleen, Netherlands).

"Ballistic-resistant molded article" was invented by Johann Van Elburg (Echt, Netherlands), Matthew Craig (Stanley, N.C.) and James Rogers (Stanley, N.C.).
