ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,697,936, issued on Aug. 4, was assigned to Autoliv Development AB (Vargarda, Sweden).
"Tether mechanism for an airbag module" was invented by Tim Schiesser (Irschenberg, Germany), Christoph Grundheber (Gaimersheim, Germany), Andre Gajek (Norderstedt, Germany), Jens Ehlers (Horst, Germany) and Johann Unger (Rohrbach, Germany).
