ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,701,438, issued on Aug. 4, was assigned to AT&T Intellectual Property I LP (Atlanta).

"Enhanced automatic neighbor relation (ANR) to support advanced RAN attributes" was invented by Zhi Cui (Sugar Hill, Ga.), Hongyan Lei (Plano, Texas) and Ye Chen (Marietta, Ga.).
