ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 7 -- United States Patent no. 12,596,081, issued on April 7, was assigned to ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS ON BEHALFOF ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY (Scottsdale, Ariz.) and California Institute of Technology (Pasadena, Calif.).
