ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 24 -- United States Patent no. 12,585,043, issued on March 24, was assigned to ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS ON BEHALF OF ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY (Scottsdale, Ariz.).
