ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,649,898, issued on June 9, was assigned to ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS ON BEHALF OF ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY (Scottsdale, Ariz.).
