ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,667,835, issued on June 30, was assigned to ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS ON BEHALF OF ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY (Scottsdale, Ariz.).
